The Process

1. Application: Complete the application form, providing necessary details about your current living situation and preferences.

2. Eligibility Requirements: Valid Government ID: Provide a valid government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) , must be sober, and must agree to abide by house rules.

3. Interview: After reviewing your application, we will reach out to schedule an interview to discuss your needs, goals, and how our community can support you.

4. Approval, Contract, and Payment: If approved, you’ll sign a month-to-month lease agreement and the house rules. To move in, you’ll need to pay the first month’s rent and a security deposit.

5. Move-in: Once the contract is signed and payment is received, you can move in. We’ll provide an orientation to familiarize you with the community and house rules.
This ensures a smooth transition and clear expectations for both residents and the community.

• Proof of Income (SSI, SSDI, Housing Vouchers, Private Pay & Self Pay accepted)
• Move In Deposit
• First Month's Rent
